Vallejo Premium Varnish Spray Brillante Gloss (400ml)

Water-based acrylic varnishes featuring a new, fast-drying formula and an acrylic resin of exceptional hardness and durability. They protect painted models from dust, scratches, dirt, and moisture. Acrylic varnish should never be applied until the paint is completely dry; a waiting period of at least 24 hours is recommended. The varnish should be applied in thin layers, spaced about four hours apart. Brushes and other tools should be kept moist while working.

Properties:
ModelColor acrylic varnish is available in three finishes: Gloss, Satin, or Matte. They dry quickly to form a flexible film that is durable, waterproof, and resistant to yellowing or cracking.

Note:
While acrylic paints generally dry quickly, the drying time depends heavily on temperature, humidity, light, and airflow, as well as the surface to which the product is applied. On absorbent surfaces, the water evaporates rapidly. On non-porous surfaces—such as acetate, metal, or plastic—the water must evaporate through the paint layer or gel itself. If these products are applied in thick layers to create relief or texture, complete drying may take weeks.
